Pat’s career was off and running from the moment she stepped on the European runway in 1980. After having walked for Yves St Laurent, Chanel, Patrick Kelly, Gianfranco Ferré, Giorgio Armani and Fendi, Pat caught the eye of late, great photographer, Peter Lindbergh who shot her for Italian Bazaar featuring legendary Japanese designer, Issey Miyake. Pat found herself toggling back and forth between Europe and Tokyo where she worked closely with Miyake, Kansai Yamamoto, Nicole and Kenzo.
Whether donned in sequined swimwear in the sand dunes of the Sahara, or cycling among glaziers in the mountains of Montana, Pat enjoyed a career punctuated by major advertising campaigns for the likes of Emanuel Ungaro, Harry Winston, Revlon and Clairol to name but a few.
Born of Caribbean parents, raised in part by a dynamic grandmother who managed a large orphanage in Trinidad WI, encouraging and supporting children was an early life lesson. Whether teaching at an orphanage in Uganda or taking her god- daughters to the Met, Pat strives to encourage the youth to work toward actualizing their dreams.
She also produces a hand dyed line of clothing under the label Mayaro. Based in NYC, today Pat continues to enjoy an ongoing robust modeling career.
Ask Pat who her most important client is and she’ll tell you “The client I’m working with at the time!”
