Wilhelmina Models now celebrating it's 30th anniversary, is one of the leading modeling agencies in the industry representing over 1,000 models. It is also home to the top plus size division in the business, with top models Natalie Laughlin, Kate Dillon, Mia Tyler and Sophie Dahl.

Today, designers are creating high fashion apparel for full figured women and demand a high level of professionalism and beauty. The Ten-20 Division was started by model agent Susan Georget in 1994. The demand for plus models over the years allowed this four-model division to turn into a 70-model division.

Natalie Laughlin (known as the Cindy Crawford of plus models) and Kate Dillon (MODE Model of the Year) are just two examples of today's plus-size supermodels. Both women have MODE Magazine covers, billboards across America, and frequent requests from catalogue houses, advertising agencies, and magazines in the US and Europe.

Still growing and changing, the Ten-20 division receives over 50 photos a day from ambitious models over size 10. Designers such as Versace, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, and Donna Karan and companies such as Maybelline, Givenchy, Anne Klein and BCBG are now catering to this size category.
