Here are all the details to enter the Family Circle®/Wilhelmina Model Mother-Daughter Search 2008.
Contest begins April 1st, 2008 and ends DEADLINE EXTENDED - JULY 15, 2008. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., E.T., on DEADLINE EXTENDED - JULY 15, 2008. Mail entries must be postmarked on or before July 10, 2008, and received by July 15, 2008.
This contest is open to women (21 years or older) who have a daughter aged 8+ years (legal guardians are also eligible), both of whom are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (except residents of CT, CO, VT, ND, MD and PR).
Daughters must be at least 8 years old as of July 10th, 2008. Please see rules for additional information and to confirm eligibility.
There are NO height or size restrictions. Models who have previously performed services for other agencies, but are not currently under contract, are eligible to enter. Models under contract with a modeling agency who have earned more than $25,000 in modeling fees in any one year during the last ten years are ineligible.
Entry forms may be photocopied. Entrants may submit multiple entries; however, a separate entry form, photo and payment are required. If a mother has more than one daughter who is 8+ years, each mother daughter team must be a separate entry. Only one subscription per addressee, regardless of number of entries submitted. Your one-year subscription to Family Circle will start with our September or October, 2008 issue. Current subscriptions will be extended for one year upon expiration of existing subscriptions. Entrants will receive an Official Entry Certificate and an additional copy of Official Rules for each entry received.

Please note: Digital images must be JPG or PNG files. We do not accept DOC or PDF files. Images must be smaller than one (1) megabyte. Windows users: Right click on the image and choose the properties option to check the size of your image. Mac users: Please right click and choose “info.” You may use any basic photo software to resize the image. The final size should be approximately 400 pixels wide.

Include a $25 non-refundable processing fee (make checks payable to: Family Circle/Wilhelmina Model Search), which includes a one-year subscription to Family Circle compliments of Wilhelmina Models
Write brief essay (150 words or less) describing how your relationship to each other, to your family or to your community could inspire other mothers and daughters
Include a current photo of the both of you, preferably together (you can submit (1) individual photo each or (1) photo of the both of you). Photos must be at least 3”x 4” but no larger than 8”x 10” (no slides, transparencies or photocopies) labeled on the back with the subjects’ names, and depict (your) entrants’ appearance, personality.
