Here are all the details you need to enter the Bridal Guide/Wilhelmina Model Search contest in person, by mail or online.
The Model Search starts 9/11/05. Mail entries must be received by 2/28/06. Internet entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET, 2/28/06. Each entry requires a current photo and $20 processing fee. To be eligible, entrants must be formally engaged to marry at the time of entry, be a woman aged 18-35, and be a legal resident of the United States (except residents of CT, CO, VT, MD, ND, and PR). There are NO height or size restrictions. Residents of the states identified are not permitted to enter due to state law. Please do not ask to be exempted; Subject to Official Rules.

Complete Official Entry Form (legibly print or type), include current photo and $20 nonrefundable processing fee payable in U.S. funds only. If $20 fee is via check/money order, make payable to: Bridal Guide/Wilhelmina Model Search. If payment is via MasterCard, Visa or American Express, complete appropriate section on form. Send completed entry, payment and required materials to Bridal Guide/Wilhelmina Model Search, P.O. Box 9251, Central Islip, NY 11722-9251.
